Our story

Meadow & Willow is a chicken bar in the Russafa district of València, built around one charcoal fire and a short, changing menu.

The kitchen is run by two cooks who trained in grill kitchens before deciding one ingredient, done properly, was enough.

Everything on the menu is made to be eaten quickly, with your hands, at a small table close to the fire.
